The minimum age to participate in playboymodel.co.uk is eighteen years of age. Playboymodel.co.uk does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register. No one under age 18 is allowed to provide any personal information to or on playboymodel.co.uk. By submitting any content to playboymodel.co.uk (the "site"), you are agreeing to comply with our conditions of use as detailed below.

Conditions of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to submit content and register for our model competition.

Excessive voting from one handset is not permitted and not in the spirit of the competition. We reserve the right to deduct votes from and/or suspend from the competition contestants who are found to have more than 5% of their votes from one single handset. We will not reimburse the cost of votes removed from the system/votes for suspended contestants.

Playboy TV does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post to the site. After posting your Content to the site, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the site, you hereby grant to Playboy TV a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through the site.

Without this license, Playboy TV would be unable to provide the site. For example, without the right to modify member Content, Playboy TV would not be able to digitally compress music files that members submit or otherwise format Content to satisfy technical requirements, and without the right to publicly perform member Content, Playboy TV could not allow users to listen to music posted by members. The license you grant to Playboy TV is non-exclusive (meaning you are free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to Playboy TV), fully-paid and royalty-free (meaning that Playboy TV is not required to pay you for the use on the site of the Content that you post), sub licensable (so that Playboy is able to use its affiliates and subcontractors such as Internet content delivery networks to provide the site), and worldwide (because the Internet and the site are global in reach). This license will terminate at the time you remove your Content from the site. The license does grant Playboy TV the right to sell your Content, if it is not copyrighted; this does not license Playboy TV the right to distribute your Content outside of the site.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on or through the site or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the site does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Content posted by you to or through the site.

The site contains Content of Playboy TV ("Playboy TV Content"). Playboy TV Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and Playboy TV owns and retains all rights in the Playboy TV Content and the site. Playboy TV hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non sub licensable license to reproduce and display the Playboy TV Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing and using the site

If at any time Playboy TV chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the site, Playboy TV nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the user submitting any such Content.

You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on or through the site, and any material or information that you transmit to other members and for your interactions with other users. Playboy TV does not endorse and has no control over the Content. Content is not necessarily reviewed by Playboy TV prior to posting and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of Playboy TV. Playboy TV makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Content or to the accuracy and reliability of the Content or any material or information that you transmit to other members.

Copyright Policy

You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. It is the policy of Playboy TV upon receipt of proper notification to Playboy TV by the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent to terminate membership privileges of any member who infringes the copyright rights of others. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information: (i) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (ii) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (iii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site; (iv) your address, telephone number, and email address; (v) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (vi) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Playboy TV will review your content to determine if it is suitable for inclusion on our site. We may reject any content and membership at our sole discretion.

Examples of content that will not be permitted on the site include the following:

  • Violent, illegal or threatening behaviour
  • Pornography
  • Nudity
  • Drug usage or promotion
  • Racist content
  • Content which may be considered defamatory, slanderous or libelous
  • Content which invades individuals rights to privacy
  • Copyright materials
  • Images of celebrities or public figures
  • Content containing inappropriate or offensive language
  • Promotion of any commercial products or companies other than Playboy TV
  • Playboy TV will notify the appropriate authorities should it consider your content to be illegal.

You grant Playboy TV the right to edit, adapt or reformat your content in its absolute discretion.

Playboy TV will in its sole discretion determine the layout and placing of your content on the site.

Registration and Usage

When you register for the competition and/or service you will be given a username and password. You will be responsible for your password and must not disclose it to anyone else. You will be responsible for all actions taken using your password.

Use and Protection of Your Personal Information Playboy TV recognises that your privacy is very important to you and we use the latest technologies & best practices to secure all personal information.
